Booking Procedures

For a booking: Once information is received a contract will be processed. Two contracts will be mailed to the provided address. One would be for the charter parties records. The second would need to be signed by an authorized party and returned to our office. The contract terms are as follows below. In the event that the booking date does not fall 30 days prior to the chartered date the deposit date and full payment date will be calculated by our office.
